Scattered History

Introduction

The operating idea here is to just have fun learning about random parts of history. Even if not methodical, this approach aims to create an active interest in history, or at least certain parts of it. I therefore aim here to open endedly watch and read those things which are able to present history in a slightly fun manner.
After developing an appreciation for how interesting history can be, as well as inadvertently developing a rough understanding of some historical events and phases, I hope to study history in a more structured fashion. At that stage I will look at filling in as many gaps in my understanding as possible. For the time being however, anything loosely informative is interesting to me.
