Parent Note (Up)

Here I would like to learn the guiding principles for how I can and should keep myself fit and healthy. I aim to focus on two key elements of exercise or healthy daily habits as well as a healthy diet. I would like to learn what I should aspire to, and experimentally and incrementally try to build up the required habits. I will document my learning both theoretically, as well as the practical aspects of how I learn to set these habits in place.

Create notes and useful links to the google sheet on fitness tracking. Figure out where in the overall system of organisation my fitness trackers should fit in.
