Organisation Refinement & Robustness

The key principles of ensuring that my system upgrades and stays relevant with time are.

1. Peak planning - should be built to handle the most busy and time consuming periods without forcing one to stretch too much.
2. Buffer - just as planning requires some buffer, so does any system. Even if not used for a few days/weeks it should work just as well when reused. There should be enough value in it to get back to it, but not so much that one can't live without it.
3. Iteration - it should be flexible enough for it to be updated and improved without breaking.
